How To Make Yeast Free Bread
How do you make biscuits or bread with the following ingredients?
I do not have yeast, self rising flour, shortening/fat, baking soda or baking powder,
I do have all purpose enriched flour, lactose free milk, sugar, milk, water, oil and butter is there a way to use these ingredients to make biscuits or bread?
I can’t get to the store until my husband wakes up because I am not taking my 1 year old and 3 year with me. I am 8 months pregnant and can’t put up with my get me this and my older one taking off and my younger one trying to get out of the buggie and straps.
You have most of the ingredients for biscuits. However, without baking soda or baking powder, they will not rise and be fluffy.
You could try modifying a recipe and omitting the ingredients that you are missing, but the results will probably not be what you were looking for.
